How this book organized is so effective for learning. Afterwards, you must get them to be glad they did it in order to get them to continue to do it. Sometimes I am prone to thinking that some people just have a gift for relating to others and getting them on board – the gift of persuasion and putting people at ease – a gift that I’m afraid I lack.
To have the ability to work with any kind of ‘personality’, I certainly would recommend this book. This proves that you cannot llisten every one.

I’d say it’s a must read for anyone dealing with people, for me it was interested as it helps me become a better coach for my clients. Most poeple reading this book don’t care about neurons and neurotransmitter. If you want to open the lines of communication, open your own mind first to determine who they really are. Stating the obvious and stretching it into a book.
Exhale and listen to the silence between breaths. The author often illustrates his techniques with stories that show what an awesome, wonderful, effective, magnificent communicator he is.
